I have had a life changing experience and I am so glad I chose to do this because it has changed my life forever! I get exercises to do at work and home, and I won't ever have to join a gym which is a huge plus for me with my schedule! Val at Rock is amazing - she designed a "Billie" workout plan - one that works with my life and my time restraints!

I have worked with numerous trainers over the years. Each and every time I have gotten injured shortly after beginning with one - UNTIL VAL. With herniated disks in my neck and back - I am very cautious: but after meeting with Val, going through the assessment process; reviewing my Rock Report; I felt ready to try once again. I am so glad I did! I now know HOW TO exercise MY BODY - I know HOW to modify if I need to - and I have never felt better!
