I was scared to death when I first walked into Rock. I've visited the big gyms - even joined a few - only to be totally intimidated and quit within the first month. Not here - it's like working out at a friends' house that really knows her health and fitness stuff. I love the intimacy and sense of belonging - not to mention feeling good about myself with 2 dress sizes gone! If you are like me, Rock is worth visiting. Cyndy
