ROCK WORKOUT ST. LOUIS SCHEDULE
CLASSES are designed with cross
training in mind: different every day, working and toning muscles in a wide
variety of ways. Classes may include:
Boot camp (indoor and outdoor), TRX, Kettle bell, kick boxing, resistance
training, weight lifting, balance and flexibility work – you may be surprised
at what we use to accomplish your fitness goals safely, quickly and most
importantly, teach you methods that will help you throughout your life!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday:5:30 & 7:00 am
Tuesday & Thursday:9:00 am
arrive a few minutes early to warm up, use the foam rollers and stretch!
