Kickboxing group fitness class at Rock WorkoutKick Boxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts,
and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Kick Boxing is a cardiovascular workout with many benefits! Besides keeping your body fit, kick boxing reduces and relieves stress. According to a study by ACE (American Council on Exercise), you can burn anywhere from 350 to 450 calories an hour with Kick Boxing! Kick boxing moves can also help to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance. Kick Boxing is also a great way to get a total body workout!
 
 
 
TRX suspension trianing class at Rock workoutTRX is a form of physical training where you use your own body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. TRX classes offer a full body workout and minimize workout time.  The programs were developed by the U.S. Navy Seals and offer the ability for you to decide your intensity level.  For a challenge, try TRX Hard Core!
 
 
 
 
 
Kettlebell Group Fitness Class with Stephanie Branch as instructorKettlebells: Mobility - Stability - Strength...all three can be gained during a Kettlebell class. Kettlebells build functional strength by offering compound movements for the whole body, which can also strengthen ligaments and tendons at the same time. Kettlebells can be very challenging, and they can also be very effective for both athletes and general fitness improvements. Using so many muscles and so much movement gets the heart rate up so kettlebells become cardiovascular as well. This combination of benefits makes kettlebells great for muscle definition. Using kettlebells is a great way to get strong, flexible and more powerful. Our favorite thing about kettlebells use is its versatility and the fact that once you get to using them they are downright fun!  
 
 
 
Mind and Body exercise consists of Yoga and Pilates
 
Mind & Body = Yoga Our instructors offer wonderful blends of practices to
increase your balance, flexibility, and strength.  Other benefits include enhancing posture, coordination, and
mental focus. Our newest class offers a blend of traditional Hatha Yoga and Bakti Yoga. Improve your health by stretching and toning your muscles while also exercising your skeletal system, reduce STRESS - learn to relax!
