Boot Camp uses timed exercise segments instead of repetitions so that all fitness levels can participate in the classes; and each individual works out at their best capacity! No two classes are alike - so don't expect the "20 push-ups followed by sit ups followed by squats" type of training here! Kick Boxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts,and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning. Kick Boxing is a cardiovascular workout with many benefits! Besides keeping your body fit, kick-boxing reduces and relieves stress.
